The ING Talent Programme (ITP) is our traineeship for ambitious master graduates from all study areas. The aim of this traineeship is to develop future ING leaders, both managers and specialists. Profile
To qualify for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) you have a Master’s degree (or will do shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more than two years’ work experience. We’re looking for people with a can-do mentality, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results.
